Mr. Tran Xuan Huy – CEO of Viet Victory gives talkshow to BM Windows
With an aim to make middle management take an overview of business management about the role, current situation and future action, on 26 July 2018, talkshow with Mr. Tran Xuan Huy – CEO of Viet Victory attracts attendance of Management Board and Managers in various departments. Through the experience of the journey to become the CEO of a large bank in Vietnam since the age of 35, the difficulties, the lessons he has found on that journey, Mr. Huy’s discussion has helped the managers to gradually shape and build the picture of BM Windows with the full colors of success, opportunities and challenges. Each managers had his own “portrait” of a leader and realized that to leading from manager’s heart will be able to turn the strategy into actual results.

[Training] “Increasing persuasion on the negotiating table”
Life is a huge negotiating table, whether you want it or not, you also encounter and participate in the daily negotiated situation. The fact that we are doing daily “negotiation” is now happening instinctively and often have difficulties such as: emotional distraction, rambling talking, not focusing to the point and leading to prolonged and unsuccessful negotiations.
Practical activity in the course
Understanding the important role of negotiation skills and encountering difficulties, on 21 July 21, 2018, BM Windows members has discussions and explore their negotiating situations. With the guidance of instructor Mr. Nguyen Tan Duc in a problem-solving approach, the knowledge-based approach combined with the role-play, the trainees can sum up knowledge and enhance the ability to apply negotiation techniques into practice. Each member can know how-to change and improve to make their negotiation skill more persuasive such as: preparation, control the negotiation direction and turn the result in positive way. Hopefully, after the class, each members can have an actual plan and improve practical skills entirely.
