COMMENCEMENT OF ONEHUB SAI GON

In the middle of January 2018, Investor – Ascendas Saigon Bund and Main Contractor – Coteccons organized a Ground Breaking Ceremony for Tower 1 of OneHub Saigon at Lot C1-2, D1 Street, Sai Gon High-Tech Park (SHTP), HCMC. BM Windows is awarded for aluminum & glass package, especially Semi – Unitized façade, glass partition and other complex decorative aluminum structure. BM Windows will start installation this April.

OneHub Saigon is the first project in SHTP to get LEED Certificate of USGBC. Mr. Dang Ba Luat – Project leader said: “In order to follow the International Standards, such as LEED Standard, BM Windows must have the most efficient & innovative solution for Investor – Ascendas Saigon Bund and design consultant – Meinhardt about design, material, fabrication, construction method”. BM Windows factory, the only aluminum & glass manufacturer obtaining LEED Certificate in Vietnam at the moment, using German high technology, can meet all project requirements about quality, schedule and aesthetics.

Expected handover schedule is in 10/2018. When putting in operation, OneHub Saigon will be the office tower with service apartments, training centers, shopping mall, and entertainment area, friendly to the environment with international standard.
