EFFICIENT COORDINATION AMONG CONSTRUCTION SITE, FACTORY & OFFICE
If BM Windows is considered as a body, the information system and the coordination among departments, sites, factories and office will resemble circulated blood vessel to nourish the organization for fast, strong, sustainable development. In order to have better understanding the role as well as effective coordination among departments, BM Vision Club of May 2018 with the topic “Efficient coordination among construction site, factory and office” occurs in the morning of 12 May at Eastin Hotel, Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi Minh City. This is the open forum for all members to work together on issues currently encountered in the process of communication interaction.

The event mentions the practical information and experience of the coordination among 3 divisions: office, construction site, factory. Thereby, the BM Vision Club wants to send all members the message: Each department, factory, construction site or office has certain roles, responsibilities and processes, but at BM Windows has no “restricted area”. All members are open, engaged, sharing with each other to work together in the most effective way. We need to build self-reliance, at the same time we have to connect to each other, because the biggest asset of BM Windows is not from each department, at the factory, site or office but from the whole team.
