HAND-OVER ONE HUB SAIGON PROJECT
After 60 days of production fabrication and installation of more than 6200m2 semi-unitized façade system and folding solid surface for BP1 tower with 7 floors, 2400m2 floor area, BM Windows is urgently completing the Aluminum Glass items to handover the One Hub Saigon project, Saigon High Tech Park (SHTP), District 9, to the Client – Ascendas Saigon Bund (Singapore) Ltd at the end of October 2018.
To meet the schedule commitment, purchasing order, fabrication and installation stages are synchronously deployed in parallel. The rainy season is also one of the factors affecting the safety and progress of construction. BM Windows Steering Board keeps focusing on the safety as well as quality. Quality is controlled from the manufacturer (materials when extruding aluminum, fabricating glass) to the site through the internal system and foreign consultant’s procedure. Checking and accepting before installation by three parties and final inspection are done carefully. In addition, the coordination with relevant parties is constantly updated for continuous and timely the technical design approval and information exchange.
One Hub Saigon in handover stage
Especially, for the 4 corner of 2.5m, the construction method of the solid steel frame structure is difficult due to limited surface manipulation. Steering Board offers ready-made, pre-assembled module solution, using the mobile crane and gondola for construction.
Final works at site
With 4 supervisory engineers, equipment including 16 gondolas and 2 mobile cranes, BM Windows has installed 100% of the frame system in 15 days and completed the installation of semi-unitized façade and solid façade for 15 more days. This impressive result is from the united internal team among the factory, the office and the project site and close cooperation of Client and Partners.
