After completion of Saigon South Serviced Apartments (SSSA) – District 7, BM Windows gains more trust from Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd – Singapore’s leading developer when winning the bid for The Lancer, high-end apartment building and the commercial center.

The project consists of 3 towers, 22-storey each, in Thu Thiem Villa Residential Area, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City. BM Windows will construct all glazing & aluminum items with huge volumes including doors, sliding doors, railings, glass shower, glass roofs, aluminum panels, etc. Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan – Project Leader shares: “The challenge of The Lancer is the stringent requirements of the Investor Mapletree and the Design Consultancy P&T from Singapore on the technical and artistic features of the project. Currently, BM Windows is in the process of sample submission with the design consultant and the developer, following the documents carefully before finding out the construction and design plan, offering the best technical solution for the project. The project will be completed by the end of 2019.
