Learning Hub: Unlocking The Spirit Of BM Windows' "LEAN" Strategy Execution
Standardizing the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) system is one of the key projects for materializing the three strategic objectives of BM Windows in 2024: Lean, Craftsmanship, and Transformation.
To empower BM Windows' management with the expertise to develop and standardize work processes systematically, the “BUILDING SOP SYSTEM” training program was conducted at the GEM Conference Center on February 24. The program was led by Pham Thu Thuy, an expert with over 20 years of experience in Business Management and Human Resources Development at Vietnam's leading corporations.
The SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) enhances operational efficiency by providing detailed instructions for necessary steps. The training emphasized the significance of System Management, the classification of corporate documents, methods for SOP implementation, principles of writing procedures, and guidelines for standard operations.
Throughout the session, BM Windows members had the chance to engage in discussions, share ideas, and receive invaluable feedback from the expert. Mr Tran Van Tien, General Director of BM Windows, highlighted the SOP's role in generating optimal value and encouraged systemic improvements. Furthermore, the program welcomed positive contributions and innovative ideas for integrating SOP into work practices.
Standardizing the SOP system marks the initial step in the company's forthcoming training activities to actualize the LEAN objective: lean strategy, lean thinking, and lean management.
