CONTEXT
Constructed by BM Windows, Tower 2-Parcel A (comprising offices and a hotel) features a unitized glass system adhering to LEED Gold standards, highlighting the project's commitment to sustainable design. The project's luxury is accentuated by state-of-the-art façade materials and the architectural simplicity of its façade.
The project's PMU testing process underwent 18 steps, including evaluations of air and water tightness, wind pressure durability, and load capacity. It has been highly commended by supervisory consultant Mace and Façade Design Consultant Meinhardt.
Given its prime location in the city center, constructing The Nexus required strict compliance with standards to accommodate limited working space and ensure utmost safety. Additionally, the extensive volume of panels necessitated precise transportation to higher levels and meticulous placement, demanding unparalleled accuracy and an efficient construction plan.
