Sophisticated facade - Building international "Green" standards

Newtecons Tower is a remarkable project we have accomplished recently with an impressive glass coverage that delivers both aestheticism & perfomance. The building is located in an alley at the center of Ho Chi Minh City, surrounded by many old administration offices. This tower is built to represent not only the company's spirit but also to set out a futuristic outlook for an economically potential district.

During the whole designing & constructing process, we have made efforts to demonstrate a modern and sleek appearance while maintaining simplicity to harmonize with the local landscape.

In order to achieve the goal iconic outlook, the 18-floor building is completed with a total of 955 pieces of unitized glass & aluminum facades, giving the building an exquisite all-glass impression. The unitized glass & aluminum profiles are distributed evenly following a zig-zag arrangement. This arrangement style represents continuous waves of growth and innovative mindset.

The zigzag glass facades also create stunning visual effects that reflect sunlight, shift and change in different angles. During day time, the building draws great attention by the lustrous reflection of the stunning city. During night time, we light up the tower with a led system that changes colors to inspirational graphics like the national flag.

The facades also help the building to reduce direct sun's radiation, result in energy efficiency and residence's satisfaction. We choose Double Low-e 28mm glass surface to create a heat-proof, sound-proof, water-proof and wind-proof up to 18kPA solution for the whole tower.

With smart design on aluminum profiles that reduce constructing time, usage of effective materials, Newtecons Tower has successfully achieved a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Silver qualification as a green & sustainable project.

To harmonize with the building's seamless facade, wide-panel glass surfaces, fireproof aluminum doors, grey beton walls and minimal LED strings are used for the main entrance. These details are made to complete the tower's dynamic look that are fastfoward and ready to grow into the future.
