Start Q3/2020 with project The Song and Gateway
Beginning of Q3/2020, with an aim to practicing innovation and bringing better value to Clients, BM Windows gains trust of the Investors to be in-charge of new projects:
- THE SÓNG – Vung Tau
The Song Vung Tau is developed by An Gia Real Estate Group and Creed Group (Japanese Investment Fund), to truly become a Second Home. The design is inspired by the soft waves of the sea under the moonlight, to create the unique figure: not only can the waves be seen clearly, but the breath of the sea can be heard.

Located on the diamond land of Vung Tau city, on Thi Sach Street, The Song is born for spontaneous journeys, enjoying the luxury modern life at a new way.
BM Windows’s scope of work is design, production to construction aluminum and glass package including: Doors, Windows, Glass partitions, Balustrades, Cabin shower, Louver, Canopy, AluSolid Panel & AluComposite Panel… with a total volume of nearly 55,000 m2 of aluminum and glass. When completed, The Song promises to be a “popular” resort paradise in Vung Tau with a total area of nearly 9,000 m² and new amenities such as Ho May, Sky bar, Private dining area… With 36 floors and over 1500 hotel apartments – The Song will surely become a new architectural symbol of Vung Tau city.
- GATEWAY – The first townhouse and shophouse project in Phu Quoc
GATEWAY project with an area of 35ha, is the first stage of the whole complex of An Thoi urban area invested by Sun Group, a large urban area to-be on the South of Phu Quoc Island.
BM Windows deploys aluminum and glass items including door and window systems for both townhouse and shophouse, expected to hand over in Quarter 1/2021.
