Summerland Phan Thiet – A resort of liberal experiences
Summerland Mui Ne Resort, developed by Hung Loc Phat, is a 5-star resort and entertainment complex in Phan Thiet. The project is designed by Dark Horse Architecture (Australia) and tentatively operated by Accor (the France-based group ranking 1st in premium hotel operation). BM Windows constructs all high-class aluminium-glazing imports of nearly 400 boutique villas there, which helps increase the value of Summerland at “the capital of resorts in Vietnam”.
Having a unique architectural design, the observatory constructed by BM Windows is regarded as the heart of this project. The item creates a strong first impression among visitors with its aesthetic curved glass well harmonizing with the ideal “facing out to sea with a mountain behind” orientation. BM Windows uses big-size curved tempered glass curtain walls (4-8m high, 17.52mm thick) supported by Spider 316 system to allow maximum transparency and ensure a wide-sweeping view to the surroundings. Additionally, the curved floor-to-ceiling glass wall (over 8m high), along with the fan-blade-shaped spider glass canopy (13.52mm thick) above the steel beam, make the place far more spacious and luxurious.
