“TRAIN THE TRAINER” – LEADER BECOMES INSTRUCTOR
To be ready for implementation of big goals in 2018 and the next few years, BM Windows has been preparing itself. In particular, the development of the team is always put on the top, through the role of leaders, managers of the company. So, how to become a good, talent leader, manager?
On 10/3/2018, at Binh Quoi 1 Village, Binh Thanh, HCMC, BM Windows organized a conference called “Train the Trainer” for directors boards, managers and team leaders.

With the topic “Train the Trainer”, the conference provides essential skill, knowledge for BM Windows members to understand clearly the role, responsibility and strategy to lead the team and inspire members for the common development.
There are 5 levels of management to become talent leader:
- Title – must listen
- Approval – want to listen
- Efficiency – want to do
- Development – support to grow
- Top – to honor
There are 4 elements for leaders to recognize the team member’s strengths and weaknesses:
- Skill: quick, correct; with/without supervision; able to instruct others; creative and innovative
- Attitude: dreaming, learning
- Knowledge: deep understanding
- Application: change behaviors for betterment

Mr. Tran Van Tien – BM Windows General Director said: “Manager is not a word to describe anyone’s position, role in an organization. It is an element to develop oneself and help others to grow. To BM Windows, the topic “Train the Trainer” is to guide the leaders, manager. It also means that a train includes locomotive as the Directors Board, carriages as managers, team leaders, and wheels as members. Without same direction, mission, vector, we can’t move forward.”
