The landscape steel framework for The Opera Residence, totaling 29 tons in weight, was expertly installed by BM WINDOWS over a continuous 36-hour period using a 225-ton Katon crane, boasting a reach of up to 70 meters.
Given the non-standard designs, all project elements were precision-fabricated at the factory and subsequently transported to the construction site for assembly. This approach was employed to ensure absolute safety, maintain high-quality standards, and meet the project's aesthetic objectives.

And thus, a new symbol right in the city center is gradually taking shape.

Lotte Mall Hà Nội harmoniously combines modern architectural aesthetics with the elegant themes of the Capital City. Regardless of the angle from which it is observed, Lotte Mall remains replete with captivating facade details. Over 64,000 square meters of aluminum and glass, skillfully shaped by BM WINDOWS with various techniques, contribute to the architectural language's richness.

This is the second time Zak has been organised in Việt Nam, becoming a bridge connecting elites in the façade design sector and a venue where knowledge and passion related to facades design, engineering, management, lighting, and new material are shared. The conference opens a new door to the future with new technologies and materials and makes the development of Việt Nam's facade industry known to the world.
