The well-being of workers will always be number one priority
That was the promise of the Board of Directors and BM Windows Union during the visit to encourage and give gifts to all factory staff members which took place during the last August 26th 2017.

With more than 30 major projects simultaneously under construction nationwide, BM Windows’s factory is entering the “most heated” stage of the year, especially the production area is always running at full capacity to ensure the progress of projects. Understanding the hard work and efforts of all employees of the factory, BM Windows Union held a visit to encourage and give gifts as a token of thanks from the Board of Directors.

The timely visit of the Union has substantially boosted the entire BM Windows’ factory staff’s morale continue to excellently complete tasks in the coming phase. The visit was also an opportunity for the factory members, especially the workers, to directly share their questions, concerns, and aspirations on problems such as welfare policies, training programs as well as recreational activities while working at the factory to the Board of Directors.

Mr. Nguyen Dac Khuc – Director of BM Windows Factory extended his most sincerely thanks to the Board of Directors and BM Windows Union for always paying close attention to the livelihood of the factory staff members. He shared, at the BM Windows factory, the material life and spirit of the staff members, especially the workers, are always the top concern of the Board of Directors. The factory is built and operated according to Leed standards in order to bring clean and safe working environment for factory workers. The factory also invested in building dormitory area, canteen, healthcare facilities, and spacious and modern training room to serve the lives of factory workers.

In the coming time, the Board of Directors will continue to focus on organizing fun activities, entertainments and training sessions for factory workers such as sports days, skill days, and short or long-term training courses so that workers can continue to improve their professional skills, thereby improving the quality of life not only for themselves but also for their family.
