Lotte Mall, the most prestigious mixed-use development in Hanoi, spans over 7.3 hectares with a total investment of over 600 million USD. With the participation of renowned foreign companies, BM Windows is proud to have gained the trust of Lotte Group as the aluminum and glass façade contractor for the project. BM Windows undertook various construction scopes including doors, windows, glass partitions, and aluminum composite panels for the 23-story serviced apartment and hotel towers, as well as the commercial center within Lotte Mall.
The overall proposal resembles an artistic arrangement of various-sized box volumes that undulate along the wave-like slope of the façade. The façade of Lotte Mall Hanoi is especially complicated, incorporating numerous building scopes and materials. They work together to give this big and sumptuous complex a spectacular, contemporary, and distinguished appearance, making it one of Hanoi's most impressive developments.
Thermal Break Aluminum
Thermal break aluminium meets increased requirements of modern projects whose facades are mostly made of glass. With Polyamide or Pour & Debridge (P&D) strips placed in the middle of the aluminum profile, the solution minimizes the amount of heat convection and radiation entering the interior, as well as heat loss to the outside environment.

Special Construction Scope
At Lotte Mall Hanoi, BM WINDOWS has created a unique distinction through every façade detail. In particular, the hexagonal paneling of the shopping mall area is one of the typical imprints that occupy the entire visual focus
8,000 hexagonal stainless steel plates, each uniquely curved and increasing in size from the bottom upwards, ensure that no two plates have the same radius. The manufacturing drawings for these plates were produced entirely in 3D. The whole production and assembly process was carried out in the factory to guarantee precise curvature and alignment with the construction sites.

Over 64,000 square meters of aluminum and glass, meticulously crafted by BM WINDOWS, showcase a rich architectural language through various techniques. The large glass panels and aluminum composite cladding create a dynamic and ever-evolving visual experience, whether they are staggered, seamlessly connected, or spaced parallel to each other.
